What services do you provide?
I offer marketing services to create an engaging online customer experience. My services include email marketing using Mailchimp and other platforms, copywriting, website analysis, and organic social media marketing. Additionally, I can provide design services for both email and print media.
How do you manage client communication?
Once I receive your brief, I will establish a timeline and key performance indicators (KPIs), and I will provide regular project updates in your preferred format—whether that’s via email, video calls, or even a good old-fashioned phone call.
How do you manage campaign reporting?
Based on your campaign objectives, I will work with you to determine the key performance indicators needed to measure your campaign’s success and to identify learnings and opportunities for future campaigns.
Are your marketing strategies compliant with UK regulations?
Absolutely. I am fully compliant with UK regulations, including GDPR. If I need to process customer data as part of our work, I will ensure that a data processing agreement is in place before starting any work, and I will adhere to that agreement and all relevant laws.
Where is your office located?
I am based near Milton Keynes, but I regularly work with clients all over the UK. I use video calls to meet to save time and money.
What do your services cost?
As a small business, I understand that marketing budgets can be tight. That’s why I charge an hourly rate instead of a day or half-day rate. You only pay for the time I spend. For larger projects, I am happy to agree on a fixed fee.
